Hey. I'm applying for perhaps a 'recruit' if not a 'member', and while I don't meet your 100+ requirement I noticed in the 'requirements' topic you've actually abolished your requirements now. Member Application Runescape Name: Fat Jap Are you a member (P2P)?: Nope Combat Level (F2P/P2P): 70/70 (I realize it's low, bare with me as it's rising at every opportunity) Total Level: 560-odd (Again, I know it's low) What time zone do you live in?: GMT What stat do you take most pride in?: I guess 83 WC or 79 Range? Tell us a little about yourself: Here we go. My name is Phil. I'm 17, and I've been playing RuneScape on and off for the past 5 or 6 months. I did, however, play for a number of years in the past under the name Mcmurderman if you'll remember me (there was another username but is was a LONG time ago and I don't remember it). I met Miraculas911 while I was a low level and he helped me, before inviting me to join Legion Of Fear with him. LOF declined based on my combat level, but a short while later a number of players (Mirac and Golden included) broke off and formed Unit Of Death, which I was naturally accepted in. Time went on, UOD disbanded, my memory is a little hazy, but then I remember No Remorse was formed. I seem to think I was council for a short period (GG confirm?) but I know I was there for a very long time. I don't know if any of you will remember me but I remember a lot of the accounts on here, and maybe 10 people on the RuneHead memberlist too. Picture of your character (with stats page open):  Clan Information What is your previous clan history?: No Remorse is pretty much all I can remember of clans. If you were previously a member of another clan, please give your reasons for quitting it: We had 'disagreements'. I was immature (I mean, check my username - even my current one for god sake, though I hear it's possible to change them and shall when I think of one) and had my outbursts within the alliance, but this was 4 or 5 years ago now. Even so, after a chat with Mirac we decided it was best for our friendship and indeed the clan if I was to leave. I stayed close with a number of members after though. How did you find out about Instinct?: Google, I'm gonna be honest. I found the Wikia page by searching 'No Remorse Clan', after being led to some majorly pathetic 'No Remorse' alliances who don't seem to have a clue how to play the age old game yet do so under our name. Why do you want to join Instinct?: That's a difficult question. So I can catch up with OLD friends, meet new ones, and maybe get back into the game which consumed so much of my life before. It also would make pking fun because I got bored of being a pure, got 40 def and stuff, and now I'm looking to clan events in the long run. Affirmations Have you registered an account on this forum?: Yep, hoping you'll confirm it too ^.^ Have you read the Instinct Clan Rules?: Yeah Have you bookmarked either the main page or the forum index?: Yes  Will you be able to go to events regularly?: Naturally. I'd love to. Will you be active on these forums?: Yes, thats the main part of it for me. Do you promise to work for the betterment of Instinct, and if Instinct staff feels that you are not, are you aware that you may be removed?: Completely. Yeah, sorry about the delay. Well we talked it over and you're more than welcome to be a "community member" until you reach 100+ combat. Basically, all that means is you'll have the one "nanner" rank in our in-game clan. You're still welcome to come to any and all events (except for maybe wars, but you don't really need to worry about that right now). Just contact one of our leaders next time you get on so we can add you - our clan is called "Instinct" if you want to join our clan chat. |

We don't really do forum applications anymore, especially since we have to officially invite you in game anyway. Come into the clan chat some time or PM me in game. |

It won't actually let me join Instinct's clan channel because obviously I'm not a member of the clan, and it won't let me join the 'Friends Chat' (I'm not sure of the difference to be honest) because I'm not a high enough ranking friend. I've added 'Lakster' and 'Hellfire010' as I believe those are your in-game names. Mine is Fat Jap as you know, I look forward to hearing from you in-game

Are you sure? It's supposed to allow non-members to enter the chat if they want to (you just have to re-enter it every time you log in) and I know I've seen other "guests" in our clan chat as well. Were you using just "Instinct" for the clan chat? Our old "friend chat" was "Got Instinct" (that's NOT our clan chat) but we hardly ever use it anymore. I'll add you next time I log in, though. |

Just tried it again and it came up with: 'You do not have a high enough rank to join this friends chat channel' Not really sure where to go from here, we'll see if it works when you add me. |
